COACH JASON TO SPEAK AT USATF/USOC EMERGING ELITE COACHING CAMP

Chula Vista, CA - On July 24-27, 2008, Dr. Jason Karp of RunCoachJason.com and director and coach of REVO₂LT Running Team™ will be speaking at the USATF/USOC Emerging Elite Coaching Camp at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA.  His presentations will cover the physiology of distance running, the causes of fatigue, training specific physiological variables, and periodization.
