JASON KARP TO SPEAK AT OLYMPIC TRAINING CENTER

Chula Vista, CA - On June 29, 2010, Dr. Jason Karp will be speaking at the USATF/USOC Emerging Elite Coaches Camp at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California.  His presentations will cover the physiology of the jumping and throwing events, periodization, and training theory to help coaches learn how to maximize their athletes’ performances.
