SEAN MUELLER TAKES 6TH PLACE AT NIKE INDOOR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Boston, MA - Sean Mueller, a member of REVO₂LT Running Team™ and a junior at Cheshire High School in Cheshire, Connecticut, ran a blistering 5,000 meters to place 6th at the Nike Indoor High School National Track and Field Championships at Boston’s Reggie Lewis Center on March 12.  His time of 15:20, which is an average pace of 4:56 per mile, crushed his previous best time by 29 seconds and earned him All-American status.  

“I went out a bit fast, but felt good at two miles,” said an excited Sean. “I was really happy with my place.”

“Sean’s workouts have been stellar all winter, so we knew going into this race he was ready for something big,” said his coach, Dr. Jason Karp of RunCoachJason.com, who has been coaching Sean for two years.  “I told him before the race to show everyone what he can do, and he did.  I’m very proud of him.”
