Distance Running Clinic
for runners, coaches,
and fitness professionals at the Marina Village Conference Center in San Diego’s

The clinic will feature presentations on many aspects of running, including
secrets of distance running, lactate threshold training, new strength training
strategies for runners, the causes of fatigue
