Most
personal trainers or coaches meet their clients for one-on-one sessions during
which the trainers walk their clients through a workout. But how does
that one workout make a difference? I get
you to see RESULTS by following a training program rather than by doing
arbitrary workouts.
Each individual I work with, whether he or she is trying to make it to the
Olympics or lose 10 pounds, receives a custom-made training program tailored
to his or her needs, strengths, and goals. One or two workouts doesn’t
make much of a difference; but how those workouts are planned into a seamless
training program does. If
you’re looking for a program designed just for you by a world-class coach at
a reasonable price, you’ve come to the right place.
You are you, with your own strengths and weaknesses. Your training program should reflect that — one that attends to the subtleties of your unique physiology.

If
you’re training for a specific race, choose from one of the following
levels:
Beginner:
For the novice runner interested in entering his or her first or second race
and wants a low mileage program to effectively prepare.
Intermediate:
For the recreational runner who has raced before, has tried some speedwork,
and wants more precise workouts to train smarter to improve his or her race
performance.
Advanced:
For the experienced, competitive runner who is used to high mileage and
speedwork and wants to take his or her training and racing performance to a
higher level.
