Workouts are running-based and include aerobic and anaerobic intervals, circuits, hills, and games, all adapted from Dr. Karp’s extensive experience as a track and cross country coach, exercise physiologist, workshop presenter, and author.  Some workouts also include supercharged body-weight exercises specifically designed to sculpt your muscles.  Other boot camps are not backed by expert knowledge and waste your time and money by making you do biceps curls with resistance bands, jump up and down on hard surfaces, and push heavy objects around.  Running burns more calories and makes you fitter than anything else.  Get sculpted legs like a runner.  Get a flat stomach like a runner.  Get defined arms like a runner.  Be inspired like a runner.
