to Dr. Karp’s Run-Fit Boot Camp, where you’ll get the best workouts
to motivate you and get you in the best shape of your life!
All workouts are running-based and include hills, intervals, fartleks, and
circuits, all adapted from Dr. Karp’s extensive experience as a track and
cross country coach, exercise physiologist, workshop presenter, and
author. Some workouts also include body-weight exercises
specifically designed to sculpt your muscles. Other boot camps
are not backed by expert knowledge and waste your time and money by making you
do biceps curls with resistance bands, jump up and down on hard surfaces, and
push heavy objects around.
Running burns more calories and makes you fitter than anything else. Get
sculpted legs like a runner. Get a flat stomach like a runner. Get
ripped arms like a runner. Be inspired like a runner. If you want to be fit, you need to be RUN-FIT!
